During the workshop you will learn specific techniques to help you manage your stress & anxiety levels when situations becoming challenging.
You will be able to recognise the symptoms of stress and deal quickly and effectively with them. However importantly you will also learn how to minimise and prevent stress and anxiety from actually occurring in the first place.
Prevention is after all better than a cure!
You will also learn and have the opportunity to experience deep relaxation techniques. Most of us have never experienced deep relaxation of the mind and body, and these guided relaxations will leave you feeling wonderful afterwards!
